The Vac-U-Seal vacuum gasket material is perfect for vacuum chucks or vacuum jigs in the manufacturing of guitars, banjos, marina parts, aerospace products, and  automotive components to name only a few applications. Vac-U-Seal is durable, and yet compressible. The Vac-U-Seal for coolant use creates an excellent seal under the harshest machining environments, including flood coolant applications in the machine tool industry!  

The Non-Coolant Vac-U-Seal is used primary in woodworking applications as well as dry machining of some plastics and some non-ferrous metals.   Of course, any vacuum workholding system--vacuum  chuck and vacuum system--is not complete without vacuum hose, hose barbs, vacuum gages, and manual/solenoid vacuum dump valves (3-way valves), just to name a few of Vac-U-Lok's vacuum workholding accessories shown on the vacuum accessories page.
