The chuck will have five (5) rotary stations 10” in diameter with three (3) concentric rings and one (1) vacuum port per station (total of 5 ports). The groove pattern will be 1/8” wide by 1/4” deep. The chuck will have one (1) vacuum inlet in the center. The standard mounting is blank. Available upon request

The chuck will have five (5) rotary stations 12” in diameter with three (3) concentric rings and one (1) vacuum port per station (total of 5 ports). The groove pattern will be 1/8” wide by 1/4” deep. All vacuum chucks come standard without locating or supporting pins. The customer will be responsible for installation and “grinding-in” of the vacuum chuck surface.
Multi-Station Concentric Ring Vacuum Chucks are custom-made and take from four (4) to six (6) weeks.
