36" Round Series
VUL-36MSCR
Overall chuck diameter will be 36” round by 1.5” thick. The chuck will have five rotary stations 10” in diameter with three concentric rings and one vacuum port per station (total of 5 ports). The groove pattern will be 1/8” wide by 1/4” deep. The chuck will have one vacuum inlet in the center. The standard mounting is blank.
42" Round Series

The groove pattern will be 1/8” wide by 1/4” deep. The chuck will have one vacuum inlet in the center. The standard mounting is blank.
60" Round Series

Overall chuck diameter will be 60” round by 1.5” thick. The chuck will have seven rotary stations 16” in diameter with two concentric rings and two vacuum port per station (total of 14 ports) . The groove pattern will be 1/8” wide by 1/4” deep. The chuck will have one vacuum inlet in the center. The standard mounting is blank.
All vacuum chucks come standard without an adapter plate, locating pins or supporting pins. The customer will be responsible for installation and “grinding-in” of the vacuum chuck surface. Multi-Station Concentric Ring Vacuum Chucks are custom-made and take from four to six weeks.
